配送ポリシー

Please read before placing your order.

Due to increased global mail issues such as delay, damaged packages or lost packages we declare full value on the customs forms for all orders.

We do not offer international shipping to the United States of America.

If you enter an undeliverable address, your order will be refunded and the product will not be shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping option：fast shipping（expensive）
Estimated delivery time：7 to 14 days

Shipping option：normal shipping（inexpensive）
Estimated delivery time：14 to 28 days

Every order has a 3-5 business day processing time, then it’s up to our international post which could take up to 4 weeks for delivery.


*There is a chance you may be asked to pay import duties by your local customs office. These fees are out of our hands and not included in our prices, see explanation below.

We ship all orders from Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan.

Please note, we cannot declare a lower value or mark the parcel as gift.
All customers are responsible for paying the import and duty taxes applied at their country’s customs office.
*As import duties are determined by local government offices, we cannot refund or reimburse customers for these fees.

If a customer refuses a package due to taxation fees or other reasons we will refund only the cost of the goods. Customers are liable to pay the shipping fee as the shipment has been made.

If the shipped package is returned to INIC MARKET due to the customer not picking up the delivery, we will only refund the cost of the goods.
Customers will still need to pay the shipping fee because the shipment had already been made.

Customers may request for the package to be re-delivered with the customer bearing the cost of the returned shipping.

Please note, we cannot ship to PO or APO addresses as we use express services and each package requires a signature for delivery.


Tracking

Shortly after your order ships, we will update your order and notify you with a tracking number.
You can use your tracking number to check on the delivery status of your shipment on the courier's tracking page.
